Objectives:

The primary goal of the Grievance Redressal Cell is to foster a responsive and accountable approach among all staff and students, maintaining a peaceful academic environment within the institution. The specific objectives include. • Establishing an organizational framework to resolve the concerns of students and various stakeholders. • Providing students with a readily accessible and efficient channel to address their grievances.
• Educating students on their responsibilities and duties to avail themselves of entitlements outlined in policies.
• Facilitating structured engagements with students to gather insights into their expectations.
• Identifying systemic issues in the formulation and administration of general insurance products and working towards viable solutions.
• Implementing a monitoring system to supervise the functioning of the grievance Redressal policy

The vision of the Grievance Redressal Cell is to develop responsibility and accountability among all students, faculty, and administrative staff to uphold a harmonious educational environment within the institution while respecting the honor and sanctity of the college.

Guiding college students to respect each other’s dignity and rights. Encouraging open expression of grievances and suggestions among students to maintain a seamless relationship and uphold the college’s standards and discipline.

Responsibility for Redressal:

The ultimate authority for addressing grievances is the Chairperson of the Grievance Redressal Cell.
• The college emphasizes that grievance resolution should be prompt and effective.Each grievance is anticipated to be resolved within a maximum of ten working days.
• The college’s Grievance Redressal Cell will oversee the status and advancement of grievance resolution, providing annual reports on the progress of grievance resolution to the Chairman.

Structure of Grievance Redressal Cell:

Procedure, Periodicty and attendance at Meetings:

1. The Grievance Redressal Cell will convene meetings at least once per semester and additionally when necessary. In cases of urgency, it may convene more frequently at the chairperson’s discretion or upon request from other members to discuss received concerns.
2. A minimum of three members from the Grievance Committee must be present during a meeting.
3. If a Grievance Committee member is involved in the grievance raised by the aggrieved person, that specific member will not partake in discussions concerning the individual’s case .

Procedure for Lodging Complaint:

1.Students are encouraged to submit grievances through the provided weblink on the website.
2.The Grievance Cell will take action on cases accompanied by the required documentation.
3.The Grievance Cell will ensure that grievances are appropriately resolved within the specified timeframe set by the cell .
