Civil Engineering Association of Surya Engineering College organized a Workshop on ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON HANDS ON TRAINING USING TOTAL STATION & HAND-HELD GPS IN LAND SURVEYING on 12.04.2024 from 10.00 a.m. The speaker of the guest lecture was Er. VIKASH ELANGO, Managing Director, Data Point, Survey & Engineering Institute, Erode.
OVERALL REPORT:
Civil Engineering Association of Surya Engineering College organized a workshop on 12.04.2024. The speaker of the guest lecture was Er. VIKASH ELANGO, Managing Director, Data Point, Survey & Engineering Institute, Erode. On participated in the workshop and gave his full inputs to the students about the surveyor basics. The lecture was started at 10.00 a.m. sharply. The program was attended by second, third and final year students of the Civil Engineering Department. Also attended by external students of other colleges. He explained in detail about the basic levelling of land in our real field. He also explained each and every surveying technique with different instruments. Also, he taught the handling of instruments in the practical session. All of the students who attended the session were really involved throughout till the end. The session was an Eye opener to all the participants out there. Eventually, participants got a clear idea on how to get a job and reach the company with enthusiasm. He also mentored the students that how to achieve their goal with their maximum potential by delivering highly effective engaging & personalized training with quality and excellence. He inspired many students with his experimental talks through this session. He also addressed the various techniques and preparedness to write and attend the company.
